'Tis The Season

We are getting really excited about the holiday season! Our neighborhood had a tree lighting ceremony Friday night, and we got to stop by the fire station and meet Santa too! Cohen was mesmerized by the fire trucks.

Afterward, we ate dinner with our friends and neighbors at Whiskey Warehouse. I'm sure the other patrons appreciated our crazy bunch taking over the entire lounge section of the bar. The kids had a blast bouncing on the leather couches while munching on chicken fingers and fries.

Henry fell asleep at dinner, but he had some play time when we got home.

We picked out our Christmas tree Saturday afternoon. Cohen had so much fun at the tree lot. He could have stayed there all day, but we had to get home to decorate!

Thanksgiving

Although we missed our family in Jacksonville this Thanksgiving, we had a pretty nice holiday just the four of us. In the morning, we ventured Uptown to the Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade. Cohen had a blast and cried when we left. We took turns holding Cohen, but the best view was from his dad's shoulders.

We ate dinner with our good friends and neighbors. David smoked the turkey, and it was hands down the best we've ever tasted! We have so much to be thankful for this year. We have the best family and friends in the world.

Now, it's time to get into the Christmas Spirit!

Two Month Henry

Time is going by so quickly! It's hard to believe that Henry is already two-months-old. We had his well visit today, and our boy is big! Henry now weights 14 lb 2 oz (94th percentile) and is 24 in (86th percentile). We don't call him Big Hen for nothin'. Dr. Ball couldn't get over how strong he is too. He got a few shots and handled them like a big boy. Henry is such a happy baby, smiling and cooing all the time. He is eating and sleeping very well these days - we're so blessed and proud of our sweet Henry.

Brainwashing has begun...Henry might just be big enough to play on the football team too.

Fun With Nona!

David traveled to NYC last week for work, so Nona flew up to help. Cohen and Henry had so much fun playing with her! Nona helped us with everything - we couldn't have survived without her! Thank you so much! We all celebrated David's birthday on Thursday night. It was very low-key. Hopefully we can go out to really celebrate soon!
