David's Daddy's Day Weekend

Words can't describe my love for these two boys. Watching David with Cohen melts my heart every day. He was born to be a dad. Cohen's biggest smiles come when David is around, and my face hurts from smiling watching the two of them together. Cohen (and Henry) are so blessed to have such an amazing role model, and I am so thankful to have such an amazing partner. Happy Father's Day, David!

We celebrated David all weekend! Saturday morning, we made David's specialty french toast then played at the pool. That evening, Aunt Laura and Uncle Mike came over for a cookout. David woke-up early Sunday morning to play golf, then he met us at the pool. He and Cohen enjoyed a father-son wagon ride to the park in the afternoon, then we ate David's favorite - tacos for dinner. Yay for fun weekends, and yay for awesome dads! And happy Father's Day to the best grandfather's, Papa, Granddaddy and Pop! We love you guys.

Cohen loves stacking all of his cars and trucks on the coffee table. It cracks me up how particular he can be about certain things.

Cohen loves playing in the backyard...
until the gnats start swarming his sweet little face.

We are so excited that our deck project is finally finished! We sat outside last night, and it wasn't even hot thanks to the ceiling fan.

We still have a few little things to touch-up and add, but we are excited about spending lots of time on this screened porch - especially this fall when we add a TV to watch football!
